She is to insurance what Chuck Norris is to 80s action and drop kicks. I walked into State Farm expecting dull forms and fine print. Instead, Michael swooped in like an insurance ninja, round house kicked my confusion into another dimension, and explained my policy so clearly that I think my car understood it. She filed my claim so fast that I’m 90% sure she temporarily bent space and time—which honestly feels like it should be illegal, but I’m not complaining. By the time I left, my rates were lower, my stress was gone, and I'm pretty sure I was taller somehow. If you’re not getting insurance through Michael Clifton, you’re basically just out there driving a rolling dumpster fire of bad decisions. State Farm should honestly just rebrand to: “Michael Clifton & Associates (State Farm is Lucky to Be Here).”"
