"Over all they have been great on most of all claims I've reported and in the pass they have went beyond there duties. For instance weather damage to Culver on driveway I was only covered for x amount $$$ (when we had flood coverage which no longer exists)so they waived the deductible which help out on getting the problem repaired. I've had several claims over the last 35 years with State farm and most of the time I got a check with in 24-48 hours and a couple of times the same day. But times have changed and rules have change it does cost more for less these days. But all in all I'm sticking with State farm."

"My 5 star rating is based on customer service only at this agency. The agents here are highly knowledgeable and very courteous. They will answer all of your concerns promptly. Considering State Farm rates for auto insurance and umbrella coverage, I am not pleased with. My homeowners insurance is great. The other rates just seem overpriced to me. Like I said though, the agency itself is very good and deserves the rating given. They alone do not determine the rates. I am currently deciding whether to move on or stay and pay. Of course everyone makes up their own decision of who to go with."
