It’s always been easy and great service. Then Michael gave me a call one day talking about life insurance. Any way jokes aside, me being a business owner I have other things that take priority and I just couldn’t get my papers signed in person so I said mail them over. "Over all they have been great on most of all claims I've reported and in the pass they have went beyond there duties. For instance weather damage to Culver on driveway I was only covered for x amount $$$ (when we had flood coverage which no longer exists)so they waived the deductible which help out on getting the problem repaired. I've had several claims over the last 35 years with State farm and most of the time I got a check with in 24-48 hours and a couple of times the same day. But times have changed and rules have change it does cost more for less these days. But all in all I'm sticking with State farm."
